We offer design and cutting of heat shield and insulation parts from one-offs to high-volume supply

As well as supplying our materials in sheets and rolls we offer design and cutting of heat shield and insulation parts from one-offs to high-volume supply.
Typical materials available include:

• Woven glass fabric with reflective aluminium layer
• Glass-fibre needle mats from 5mm up to 25mm thick
• Silica needle mats 5mm up to 25mm thick

Laminations are also available such as stainless-steel foil for use in extreme arduous conditions and polyester foils for improved resistance against road salt and other corrosive influences. We also provide materials with a self-adhesive backing for ease of location and fitting.

Properties

  • Temperature resistance up to +800°C with very good sound absorbing properties.
  • Our insulation mats can be supplied in different densities and thicknesses for automotive, marine and general industrial applications.
